Swim Tip: 
Kids & adults should always wear bright coloured swim suits.
Good colours to choose are neon colours.
 
Choose colours like bright yellows, bright oranges, bright reds, and bright pinks.
This helps rescuers spot a person in trouble quickly! 

Avoid colours like blues, blacks, greys, browns, dark purples, dark greens.
If you match the lake, or the tree line, you will be hard to see.
